How do I book PT sessions during a 6/12 Week Package?
Once purchasing your Package and booking in your first PT session, please refer to this information leaflet when booking in PT sessions for the duration of the package.

Can I reschedule PT sessions that I have booked online?
Yes you can reschedule any service you booked in as long as it is 24 hours in advance. Please note however, that the 'Fit by Wix' app only allows users to cancel appointments, so for rescheduling options please be sure you are using a web browser.

What happens if I can't attend a service past the 24 hour window?
Please contact me if in this situation. No refunds will be provided, however in some circumstances, sessions will be allowed to be rescheduled even after the 24 hour window has passed.

Can I cancel weekly sessions which are on a recurring payment?
Yes you can cancel any service, however, if it is part of a recurring payment, make sure you cancel before the start of a new week. If not cancelled before then, you will automatically be charged for that week.

Can I do a PT session at a gym that I am not a member of?
Yes you can! Please note that you will need to pay a casual visitor entry fee upon arrival to the gym. This fee ranges from $5 -$15 depending on the gym.
